Blend of a sour ale aged 7 months in a barrel of red wine and a barrel aged beer for a year, all macerated on apricot with a hint of verbena. Once an important fishing haven, Pointe Saint-Pierre is the easternmost tip of the Gaspé peninsula. Its 60 hectares of meadows, forests and natural coastal cliffs are today protected for their biodiversity.
