A pale ale with a sour and savoury flavour profile. This German-style Gose features a twist of Mandarina Bavaria, Simcoe and Citra hops. Salt and coriander have also been added in keeping with the traditional Gose style.
The La Gose du Barachois is named after the many barachois of the Gaspé Peninsula, lively estuaries that filter our fresh- and salt-water bodies with the tides.
