A hoppy beer with floral, grassy notes and a bitter finish. The various varieties of American hops optimize the resins and oils in this IPA. This beer is named in tribute to those who hike the length of America through the Appalachian mountains. The Appalachian Trail is over 3,500 kilometres long and ends in Forillon National Park on the Gaspé Peninsula.
