Rye farm matured 6 months in stainless steel and 6 months in barrels of red wine from the Oka vineyard. Refermentation in the bottle (natural carbonation). Co-inoculation of several strains of Belgian seasons and of several strains of brettanomyces yeasts.
Main flavors: Tangy, farmy, leather, floral, fruity, woody, fresh, balanced.
Malts: Pilsner, Carapils, Munich 10, Rye flakes, sour malt.
Hops: Galaxy
