Spontanée Camerise

Spontaneous Fermentation
Spontaneous fermentation

Alcohol: 5,9%

The Spontanée Camerise is a blend of lambic-inspired beers aged between 7 and 15 months in barrels. According to Belgian tradition, the must was cooled overnight in our cooling tank and then transferred to oak barrels the next day in which the fermentation and maturation took place. The beer then matured for another two months in stainless steel tanks on 200 G / L of camerises from Bas-Saint-Laurent and was then fermented in the bottle.
