A Lambic-style blended ale, barrel-aged for one year. In keeping with Belgian tradition, the wort is cooled overnight in our cooler, then transferred to oak barrels the next day where the beer ferments and matures. This is a complex beer with a rustic aroma and a noticeable flavour of overmature hops. It is infused with farmhouse and yellow-fleshed fruit flavours and has a tart woody finish.
