This altbier is a German-inspired cold-hopped amber ale with malty, toasted and herbaceous notes. Beer named after the sawmill called “Moulin Rouge” dismantled in 1914. Its ruins are preserved alongside remains of stately homes of the French Regime on a heritage site in Pabos, Gaspé.
