Blending of a season aged 10 months in barrels freshly drained from Perseids, a sour ale aged 7 months in barrels of red wine and a must of pear from the Bas-St-Laurent region. The whole was fermented in the bottle. The Baie des Marigots is located south of Bonaventure Island. Sheltered from the waves, it reveals a small beach below the cliffs.
