Sour season having fermented with Bruxelles Trois yeast and macerated in an impressive quantity of peaches. The Pit Caribou Microbrewery is located in a lobster fishing port, in Anse-à-Beaufils.
Main flavors: Pale yellow color, aromas of white peach, light body with fine bubbles. Sour freshness, rather lactic, with hints of peach on the finish.
Storage: 6 months in the fridge.
