Inspired by the poem Ma Gaspésie by Blanche Lamontagne, the first female poet from Quebec to sign her name (without a male pseudonym). A mountain bears his name in the Parc de la Gaspésie.
Main flavors: Hoppy nose, aromas of grapefruit and spicy. Persistent fruity bitterness on the finish.
